The weather has been beautiful in Lucerne. Tonight was a warm 55 so we spent a couple hours strolling the streets of Lucerne. We walked up to where we hope we may live and checked out the neighborhood and through the 'ghetto' part of Lucerne. I have to laugh at the use of that word when referring to Lucerne. It's the safest-feeling ghetto I've ever been through. Sure this may be the place to find hookers and drugs but overall, it's a really nice 'ghetto!' Everything on the walk was beautiful so I wanted to share the pictures with you. We did see one not-so-beautiful-man in a full...I kid you not...a full spandex suit. Part of me wishes I had a picture, but you can thank me for not exposing you to such a site.
Around Lucerne:
Maybe our new neighborhood. Our apartment is not as cute as these houses but it's like that guy who hated the Eiffel tower. He ate lunch there every day. Why? Because it was the only place in Paris where you couldn't see the tower!
